I made a deposit but my transaction still appears to be pending

Generally, it takes us a few minutes to process deposits, but in some rare cases, it can take up to several hours to process it properly.
Always make sure to send the right amount to the correct wallet address, and If you followed all the right procedures and still have issues with your transaction please reach out to us and make sure to mention your transaction ID in the message.

I made a deposit exactly as instructed but I received a message saying the amount received is not enough for processing the transaction

This happens because your deposit was confirmed after the countdown has expired, and the main causes are: (1) you took a long time to initiate a deposit or (2) there was a congestion in the blockchain network and your transaction took several minutes to get confirmed.

You can opt to receive a full refund of the transaction (network fees may apply to send the funds back to you) or you can top up the missing balance to the same address of your crypto wallet.

My payment link got expired. How do I get a new one?

You should reach out to your vendor to request a new link If you received a payment link by e-mail.
If you were purchasing a product or service from a website, you will need to complete the checkout process again to get a new payment link.
